No. Photos you already take for the job file are all we need. If you've got 30 seconds of phone video from the site, great — send that too — but it's never required.

5–10 photos of one job: a few "before" shots (the worse it looks, the better the video), a few "after" shots — ideally from the same angles — and one crew or in-progress shot if you have it. Regular phone photos are fine.

They're usually better than you think. Our editing handles lighting and framing, and we'll tell you straight if a photo set won't make a good video — before you pay, not after.

Three business days from when we have your photos, logo, and phone number. Revisions add a day or two.

A crew charges for the shoot day. We skip the shoot entirely: your photos plus professional AI motion and editing tools do the work, and the savings are the price difference.
